7.0, 6.2

hi,

i downloaded msn 7.0 then wanted to delete it and return
to msn 6.2.when i install msn 6.2 and try to sign in it
tells me that i must update to the new msn to be able to
use it.why is this? i do not want 7.0,i simply want the
old 6.2 version back.

anyone know how to help,thanks!

The version of 6.2 on the website is an older version that no longer is allowed on; the
latest version can be found here:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/62installer.asp
and will allow you to sign in.

this 7.0 is a complete disaster, I downloaded it so did my sister now we are
unable to have a clear conversation, her voice is dragging, we had beta 7.0
it worked fine, I am so upset, tried to get help from tech support, they seem
incapable of solving problem, also I keep getting disconnected, if they are
unable to fix it they should get rid of it
