Selective start-up

how do I know what I can disable on start-up(without
trial & error)so my PC can run better? thanks in advance.

Hello,

I disabled everything except Norton antivirus . Seems to work excellent for
me.
If you are scared, why not disable one at a time and see what happens.You
can always go back and enable.
