I have MSN version 7.0 and all my contacts are organised into 4 different groups. The other day I was moving one contact from one group to another, by clicking and draging the screen name while they were online. They successfully moved into the new group, but they weren't deleted from the previous one they were in. I 'fiddled' a bit more, and now the same contact is in 3 different groups at the same time.
I have tried deleting them and re-adding them but they appear in all three groups again grrrr.
Anyone any ideas how I can solve this annoyance? Cheers.
