I'm not sure if this has come up so:
When in any window, I highlight a folder or file. Then move
up to FILE, I get the usual list of options except the
section CREATE SHORTCUT/DELETE?RENAME/PROPERTIES shows up
twice. One group is enabled (I can perform the command) but
the other (repeated) group is disabled (grey). Sometimes,
it won't even let me DELETE. It just sits there, no error
messages or the "you can't do that" box. I have downloaded
and installed the latest servcie pack (SP-1) but to no
avail. My AV is up to date and there are no viruses. I'm
running XP on a HP Pavilion with a 2.4G P4 and 512 MB Ram.
