TV out in my display card? Please help!!!!

Hi there, I am trying to watch a DVD on my computer but when i try to play it
i get this message:
TheTV Out port of your display card is not working properly.

Followed by this in the details:
This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is
enabled.

My graphics card is: NVIDIA geforce2 MX 400.

I have looked in the device manager properties for the driver settings but
cannot find the option to disable this tv out port.

Please, any help would be much appreciated!!

Loads of info & latest drivers/changes/fixes.......I wish I had more
time to see if it specifically addresses your issue...... ;0)
