The only moving parts are the fans and the disk drives... You can surely
tell which one is giving you trouble.

Close the window! Seriously, how can you possibly expect anyone to help you
with the volumes of information you have provided?

It's the fan that's making the noise. what can I do about that?

Hi, I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be the fan on my
motherboard having bad bearings. This is more than an annoyance, as you can
imagine; it's bad for the computer. Recommend you remove the left side of
the computer box and listen to the various moving devices through a rolled
up paper or some sort of tube to locate the exact device. Whatever device it
turns out to be, be sure to replace it.

You forgot to tell him to shut the system down first before he attempts to
remove the noisy device
you never know!!!!

I've shut my computer down more times than I can count and it doesn't help

I hope your computer is in warranty.
Best to have a shop troubleshoot it before it starts overheating or worse.

Since you have a laptop, you will need to call the laptop mftr.'s tech
support for repair.
