Ok, I think I'm in DEEP TROUBLE

Here is what happened:

-I installed SP2
-My network card caused some troubles with the SP2 (I constantly got some
errors in the event viewer that weren't there before SP2)
-I occasionally got a Kernel Failure followed by a reset of the computer.
-I tried uninstalling WindowsXP
-Several files were deleted by the process... and then on the middle of the
process of when the old files where copied back to their right places...

-I GOT A KERNEL FAILURE followed by the reset of the computer...

Now, the computer can boot again... but I got SEVERAL problems:

Outlook doens't work when I send eMails... (Receiving works fine)...
Drag & Drop doesn't work at all...
Copying files (by the context menu or by Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V) doesn't work ....
WindowsUpdate.Com doesn't work
I don't see any programs in the taskbar!!! (I can switch between them by
Ctrl-ALT)
And some other problems...

I tried uninstalling SP2 again... but the remove program stay on the first
step (determining the system configuration) for hours....

I tried installing SP2 again... (perhaps to remove it rightfully after...)
but the installation program tell me that the cryptographic service isn't
running

I tried starting the cryptographic service... but it jams by telling me that
the RPC isn't running.

The RPC service is in "starting" state... I can't stop it... I can't start
it... I can't do nothing with it...

The DCom service is also in "starting" state...

I'm not able also to restore my latest "restore point" ...

What can I do?

Please help me!
