I have Windows XP Pro with SP2 installed and I'm experiencing a few problems.

1. The PC restarts itself when I chose to shutdown.
2. The USB optical mouse does not work after a reboot. I can see the mouse
cursor but it does not move. I have to unplug the mouse and plug back in for
the mouse to start working.
3. The NIC drivers seem to be lost after a reboot. The user cannot sign
onto the network. An administrator must then log on and the NIC driver seems
to be reinstalled by itself.
