Out of office assistant

maybe someone else has had this problem; in my outlook
program the out of office assistant is not located in
either tools or actions. I've run search/find but cannot
find this application.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Open Outlook and go to:
Help > Show the Office Assistant

As I understand it, this is only available if you have exchange. The reply
from Nicholas only turns on Assistant. Out of Office Assistant is a
different thing altogether but you should type in Out of Office Assistant in
Help and it will tell you how to activate it if you have Exchange.
