Slow file delete (Internet Options)

Why is deleting files in Internet Option, suddenly, taking
so long? Seems to show the hour glass forever and I
haven't changed my surfing habits. My computer just
started doing this... is there a fix?

When was the last time you defragged your Hard Drive? Go to My Computer
rt click on Drive Icon select Properties
Tools>Defrag Now.
