Having problems since upgrade from XP Home edition to XP Pro w/SP2

I just upgraded to Microsoft Windows XP Professional and as the
administrator I can log into all e-mail websites, but my limited
account local users cannot, why? Please Help.

You may have to run your mail client as the admin: "Certain Programs
