I just upgraded to Microsoft Windows XP Professional and as the

See "How to Troubleshoot Situations Where You Cannot Connect to Secure
Web Sites by Using Internet Explorer in Windows XP"
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813444) and "How to troubleshoot
problems accessing secure Web pages with Internet Explorer 6 Service
Pack 2" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=870700).
You may have to run your mail client as the admin: "Certain Programs
Do Not Work Correctly If You Log On Through a Limited User Account"

Can you be more specific? What errors do you get?
