explorer.exe freezes all the time when i start my lapyop

Nearly always when I start up my Laptop and i login the
Welcome screen comes for ages and after that there is
standing that explorer.exe doesn't work and that i have
to send this to microsoft. What can i do that
explorer.exe doesn't freeze when i start up my computer
