Seeing "Welcome" Screen for Over 2 Minutes

Just recently my computer has been booting very slowly. I
am running XP Pro and have an AMD Athlon 2100+ with 512
MB RAM, so system power isn't an issue. I am seeing the
XP "Welcome" screen for about 2 minutes 10 seconds before
my computer finally boots up. I have tried disableing my
startup items but that did no good. Any ideas? Thanks in

Do a search and download a utility from Microsoft called
BootVis.
