MASS POP UP AFTER BOOTING UP MY XP HOME EDITION SP2

Hi dose anyone here can give me some help. I am getting lot's the pop up
after I start my system. I try to use Microsofts Beta Anti Spyware program
to scan my hard drive many times but they find 0 spyware and cant fix the
problems that I encounter. CAN SOME ONE PLEAS... GIVE ME (POOR POOR ME) SOME
HELP... thank you.... Jim
