Hi everybody..

Annoying annoying annoying.. that's about all I can say about those stupid
yellow help bubbles that pop up everytime I move my mouse over something in
XP for example icons, they tell me what it does or where it's located. So
how do I turn those stupid idiot bubbles off?

If you do not want to downlaod XP powertoys then you can do this to turn off
balloon tips in applications that support XP Themes:

A: Start Regedit
B: Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Explorer\Advance
d\
C: Create a DWORD value of EnableBalloonTips
D: Give it a value of 0

0 is for disable
1 is for enable

While in where? Apparently you have no concept or know how to quote a post
you're responding to.
