Every time I right click while using ie, in addition to
the normal headings(copy, paste, etc) there is an
additional heading that must have downloaded itself with
another package. It says "Free Galleries" and links to
unwanted web pages. How do I get rid of it??? Thanks

Type in Start - Run
regedit
Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
And you should find your menu entries here. Delete them.

Some stealthy program that you installed or that installed itself, put
those menu extensions there. You would be well advised to follow David
Candy's advice, but if the menu extensions come back, get a spyware
remover.
