Update problem also

I'm having the same issue with 817287 & 811493. They
appear in my history as updated but they keep comming back
with a 'need download & update' when I look in the control
panel they don't show up either. When I look at the module
that was to be updated they are very old so they havn't
been updated. How to remove the update so it will be
reapplied correctly?
