Move Offline Files Folder

I am running Windows XP Professional and new to the
synchronize and offline folders option. How do I move the
Offline Files Folder to a different partition. It seems
to be taking up too much space on my limited OS drive. I
know Windows 2000 had a cachemov.exe in their resource kit
but I don't have that utility.
