Maintenance Wizard on XP

On Windows 98 in System tools there was Maintenance wizard.
Where is this on Windows XP?

Windows XP does not have the old "Maintenance Wizard" per say.

1. Open XP's "Help and Support".
2. Look under "Pick a Help topic".
3. Click on "Performance and Maintenance"
