How do you reassign the short cut key that is found on the keyboard of most
computers that links to the mail program? (There is also one that links to
the internet browser). At the moment (in XPsp2) it opens Outlook Express but
I want it instead to open Outlook. Thanks, Ben.

Depends on what label you got. If you own a Microsoft keyboard, go to
microsoft.com/download and get the software

Then use your multi-function keyboard (or similarly named) applet in control
panel provided by your computer manufacturer.
