What does the following message mean and what do I do about it?

MAPI address book will not be available. Please check the information
services set up in the active user profile and your installation of Windows
Messaging.

The MAPI address book is an 'online data set' associated with an 'Exchange Server' or 'mail server' (not 'pop3' or 'http' like
Hotmail or the usual ISP mail service.) If you don't use MS Outlook, your Outlook Express Tools menu, Accounts item might show some
setup error in one of the accounts.
