Everytime I boot up my computer, and before my windows
fully loads, a couple of icons pop up.
Firstly, there's a popup under the tilte of "JavaScan"
which says "Unable to initialize Windows Sockets"
There's also another popup under the title of "Pop3trap"
which says "Windows sockets initialization failed."
and then finally, there's a popup with the title
of "BackWeb Error" which contains "Cannot start Logitech
Desktop Manager: Sockets init failed"

After I acknowledge these warnings, but clicking 'OK', I
am unable to connect to the internet.

Please help by telling what the problem is, and how I can
fix this problem.
Thanks.

Francis.
