SP2 upgrade and IE no longer works

SP2 upgrade and IE no longer works nor will my email program work. IE will
open but not connect to the internet. I have virus, popup blockers and
spyware all disabled.

Are all updates installed,if so,try firewall,exceptions,add IE to the
list,also add
youre e-mail and any other programs needing access to the internet.
