defragmenter on win xp sp2

I have windows xp sp2.When I go to My computer ,then go to properties on
local disk C,and open the tools tab the defragmenter is greyed out with the
message "no defragment tool is currently installed". How do I get it
installed?

Try this...

Locate the dfrg.inf file in C:\WINDOWS\inf
Right click dfrg.inf and select Install

files,but it worked great.Thanks again.
