defrag/clean up multi drives

I installed a second hard drive (Slave), but my task
scheduler does not ask me which one to maintain in the
Maintenance Scheduler. Instead, at the alloted maintenance
time, a box pops up request that info. Defeats purpose of
Scheduler, means I have to be sitting here. Windows 98
allowed me the choice of drive 1, 2, 3 or all drives. Is
this posible with XP? I can't even pre-set just the
factory drive.

What's a Maintenance Manager? The Task Scheduler?
When I scheduled a defrag I just put the drive letter into the command line
string. Doesn't XP give the second physical drive a letter?
