Help and Support dos not work

click start<find (or search) and search for all files or
folders, type in acme and delete the contents of that
folder, wherever you find it. Depending on weather you
have recovered your system or not, you may find it in
several locations. You must delete the contents of that
folder in each location. Then restart and your help and
support should work again.
