Hello. I have Windows XP Home on a new PC, and recently
setup my e-mail account. Anytime that I receive an e-
mail that has an attachment, I cannot open the attachment
because of the following message: "OE removed access to
the following unsafe attachments in your mail: (name of
file)". It has occurred with all file
types: .pdf, .eml, .doc, etc...

Please let me know how to change my settings so I can
accept all attachments, unless they have viruses on them.
I am also running Norton Antivirus.

Thank you,

Katrina

Katrina:
In OE, go to Tools>Options>Security. Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...".
Click OK.
