memory leak

hello..... is there a way to see what program is using
all the memory...... i have 512 memory and after 10
minutes or so programs start skipping and become hard to
use.....i have xp home edition

CTrl+Alt+Del
Than Process Tab
Than Menu Show, Select Columns ... and you will see ... :o)))
