Drive Image 2002 and Error 5

This Drive Image has been working great until today when I got this box that
popped up and said "Cannot prepare machine for reboot. Exit code 5. You must
run Drive Image from DOS or from the Rescue Diskettes."

I then went to the DI webpage to check this error out and it really does not
specifically talk about this error. I could not figure out what to do.
Nothing made sense at all. I clicked on the sites they made available to
help fix it but all it did was take me back to the search for problems.

Any help appreciated. I am ready to get Nortons Ghost program. Is it any
good.
