CPU usage at 100%

I have installed Windows XP and MSN 8. MSN 8 keeps
messing up becauce my CPU usage in Task manager is at
100%. How can I rectify this problem?

I had the same problem about 2 weeks ago. Maybe my
solution will work for you. It seems that I had indexing
service turned out. When I turned it off, my speed picked
up and my CPU usage dropped to normal

Indexing cancause this problem when first building it's indexes. This can
take a long time based upon your system configuration.
Once the indexes have been built, your CPU usage will return to normal.
Indexing will allow for faster disk searches, and if you have multiple large
hard drives it really makes a big difference in how long it takes to find a
file.
