Backup to CdRW

Can someone tell me how i use the Backup in System tools
to backup to a CDRW. I have a Plextor CD writer and the
backup doesn't let me save .bkf files

Can you tell me why this is happening and what i have to
do to correct this????

XP's native (standard) CD Recording program does not permit backing up =
data
directly to a CD. You must create a new folder on your hard drive, =
perform
a backup to that folder, then record the contents of that folder to a =

You need to write the .bkf to HD, then write that to CD.

Best solution, buy a backup program that writes directly to CD.

I don't use Ghost, so I do not know. From what I have read about it =
that program should do the job that you want, image the drive to CDs. =
Use it instead of the MS backup program.
