Start => Accesories => System tools => System Information

I get an error: "Can't collect information, cannot
access windows management instrumentation software.
Windows management files may be moved or missing."

How can I get this to work. It did in the past and I
have gone back on the "restore files" and it is not there.

Go to start/Run, type: sfc /scannow and press OK. Follow the prompts to
replace any missing or corrupted system files.
