rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found

When I click on "System Restore" a message pops up that
says: Heading- "rstrui.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
Message- "The procedure entry point
RemoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not be ocated
in the dynamic link library WINISTA.DLL." Buttons- "OK".

When I click "OK" the message dissappears and nothing
happens. Could you help me?
