Thank you for your help. I am trying everything LOL. I ran
chkdsk f/ like disk defragmenter told me to, and it tells
me that it cannot check disk f because it is in use and
asks if I want to schedule it to run on start up, when
check disk runs on start up it gets through part one and
then usually in part two or three it says an unspecified
error occurred, then windows starts. I ran chkdsk c/ and
it ran but did nothing to help. So I disabled chkdsk on
start up since it wasn't working anyway but I still can't
defrag. Any other suggestions?
