need to re-install sp1

I had to re-install XP. I have sp1 on another partition
but don't know how to apply it - there is no "setup" file
and I dont want to download this again.

Is SP1 installed on Windows XP on the other partition?
If you removed and saved the SP1 from the previous installation to use
on the next installation, you wasted your time.
There is no way to use the installed SP1.
You will need to download again or get the CD:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/ordercd.asp
http://www.microsoft.com/uk/windowsxp/servicepacks/sp1.asp

Or you can download the Network Installation (DSL takes less than 20
minutes) and burn to CD:
