What are these text log files?

Hi guys
Since 3 days ago a couple of mysterious text files
appears on the hard drive, "Pollog" & "PollSt", both
saves logs from a unknown to me "CNTService", as follows:

1)Pollog.txt

These logs are updated with every restart of the system.
Does anyone knows what kind of "SERVICE" it is?
