I'm using How to format Window Xp Pro SP2 now! It start to run very slow. I
want to format it. Can anyone tell me how to? and what I need before format?

What do you mean "format"?
"Formatting" a hard disk means wiping all the data from it! Are you sure
you're using the right terminology? You can't format your C: drive from
within Windows because it will say "Disk or File in use: access denied" -
of course it's in use - you're in Windows!
If you want to clean the junk of the disk then do this through the systems
'disk clean up' tools.
