obsolete application & device drivers

during start-up, error baloon(message)appears at bottom
right"obsolete appliance & device drivers". recently
upgraded to xp-pro. previous cd burner causing interfer.
computer information-status page; lists driver file name:
cdralw2k.sys
cdr4 2k.sys as the problem. i've deleated all but
these two of Adaptec cd creator. please dont let these
two buggers win. help me destroy them. I need a plan.
