Pictures don't show, animations are glitchy

Okay this problem has really been irritating me. I
already contacted HP and must have emailed them back and
forth about 20 times, and everything they told me to do
didn't work. Some pictures on the internet just don't
show up at all, some load partially. I've tried almost
everything from refreshing and deleting cookies/temp.
internet files, to updating my monitor driver. Also
little glitchy lines appear in the bottom right corner of
animations. Anyone that can help, I'd appreciate it.

Your monitor driver may have nothing to do with it. You may need to =
update the driver for your video (graphics) card. Also, what programs =
are running in the background? What antivirus?
