a couple of months ago, my computer started freezing up. happend about when
i was trying to install microsoft service pack 2. i had a dial up back then,
so i just thought it would go away when i got the downloaed sp2 with my now
dsl connection.
still having the same problems. the computer just freezes, then reboots. or
it doesn't reboot and i have to reset. i also get this problem when i try to
scan the hard drive using norton antivirus.
any suggestions? thanks
