Internet services

I really don't understand what happened,but I msn
services,and now when I try to dail up my computer
doesn't dail.Now I have services with aol and it dails up
fine with them.I really liked msn alot,just trying to
find out what went wrong,one day I was able to use it the
next day I could'nt also can't use Internet explorer
either.If you have some suggestions i would love to hear
them.My modem's fine,but I don't know what else it could
be.Please help!!!!
