The problem is Norton Internet Security. It's a piece of junk. Norton
makes it SO difficult to allow anything through the firwall. You'll need to
add the URL and possibly the port/upd for inbound and outbound in the Norton
firewall in order for it to go out without any problems.
My suggestion is when your subscription to Norton expires, uninstall it, and
buy Trend Micro's PC-cillian. It's far superior to Norton and much easier
to make work.
