I'm running XP home and had several problems with my
system until I got it all resolved recently by replacing
some files and general diagnostics.
However, ALL of my previously installed software which
resides on my hard drive is unavailable. Says it needs
to be re-installed even though it is there. This doesn't
apply to bundles with XP like Explorer and Outlook.
I also cannot install NEW software from a CD. It expands
the files and stops with no install. I've got a TON of
software here that I don't want to re-install.
Can you help a brother out?
