Can't import MPG

I have an mpg video that plays on windows media player (my version is 10.0)
but I can't import the same file into windows movie maker. Thanks for your

Perfectly normal. WMM is not designed for MPEG files. Some it likes, some
it doesn't . Find a third party conversation utility and convert them to
WMV or DV-AVI.
