unable to get to a site

When my son got this computer, it came with Windows XP
and I was always able to reach any website...well the
computer was slowing down so they adviced him to
uninstall Windows XP and reinstall it....in the
process ..everything worked...but before he reinstalled
XP...I became a member of Classmates.com. ...after
reinstalling Windows XP....everytime I want to enter this
website..it says page cannot be displayed...I try and
refresh the page and nothing works.....Please I need your
advice....I paid to become a gold member with
classmates.com., but yet I can't access the site..what
can we do? HELP!!!!

Did you try deleting the temporary internet files?
