STOP THE BEEPING!

[Zonk the Magnificent]

My computer beeps with each keystroke, and its not a
filterkeys problem.
I'm a writer, so this naturally ticks me off. Any
ideas? It happened after my Dell Latitude CS notebook
went into standby. Since then, it won't stop, no matter
what I do- unless I turn off the sound of course.

Could the be an inadvertently activated Accessibility Option?

you havent recently put any form of tweak ui on your computer have you i
have a version that beeps on keyboard and mouse errors
