free benchmark software?

Hi

I've just about completed a rebuild of my main computer.
The last peice in the jigsaw arrived today. A stick of 512
DDR ram. A big improvement from running xp pro on 64 meg
of sd ram. My build also includes a RAID 0 array

I'm looking for some free benchmark software to check out
my drives and system. Or anything within xp pro to check
out my system?
