starting windows xp

Xp shouldnt start with a scan,try shutdown,on starting
computer tap the F8 key.In windows startup,select,start
windows normally-mode.You can also go to the BIOS,select
the exit page,select,"load set-up defaults" on start
up.This loads all default settings at start-up,then save
changes and exit the BIOS.
