You more than likely have something wrong with your
hardware, you need to take you computer to be fixed.
Could be a fan, your hard drive, motherboard, ram, could
be alot of things.
OR: If you have service pack 1 installed and you have
windows update no. 811493, that is another story. If you
have this update and service pack 1, uninstall this update
and that may fix your problems
