I have a trojan horse virus in my system32.exe file and it
can't be removed with Norton Antivirus. It just keeps
alerting me to it, but offers no way to repair the file.
Any ideas? Norton warns me that the type of virus allows
others to control my computer. Frightening...

I fairly certain it said "system32.exe" although there is
a very remote possiblity that it might have
said "system32.sys."

Thanks in advance for any help,
Larry

system32.exe is NOT a windows file. Delete it. Symantec has instructions on
their website on how to remove the trojan. Just do a search for
System32.exe

System32.exe is a virus known as I-Worm.Mari or the KLEZ virus
get an up-to-date antivirus program ASAP
good luck, Adam Bradley
